Why not giving a mineral water to the guests. The water that is given is have very bad taste Daily cleaning person will come and knock the door and ask whether cleaning is required. When i was sleeping also they are knocking.

i was in transit for 15 hr, the hotel is very conveniently close to airport, no complain except lack of free coffee in the room (just camomile).

I went to Ibis styles hotel airport with my wife for a couple of days and had to come across priyanka who works in the coffee shop in ibis hotel and ordered for two cappuccinos. She made it so well that I had to take it every single day I stayed in the hotel. It was perfectly made not surprising coming from her because she always smiles and keeps a happy face.
