Selamat tengah-hari dari London Thank you very much team for the amazing welcome, friendliness and Malaysian hospitality. Flying Malaysia Airlines (with an amazing service) and staying at Mercure Shaw Parade, this was a treat for me. I enjoyed the 9 nights there on the 15th floor. The food from breakfast was very good and I enjoyed the Malaysian food. The team at the reception are very helpful. The cleaner working on 15th floor, he is very kind, friendly and helpful. Those gentlemen at the pool are very kind as well. Looking forward to my next trip in October, every 6 months to enjoy a proper relaxed holiday without stress and enjoying the Malaysian hospitality which is known around the world. Looking forward to my next trip in October 2024 (every 6 months). Jumpa lagi.

ATTN: Cindy Yeoh (GM Mercure Shaw Parade) I am writing to you regarding my stay at the Mercure Shaw Parade from the 3rd to 8th of March at room 1023 Actually this is my second visit to Mecure Shaw and I was sadly very disappointed with the stay. Let me explain: 1. Cockroaches in the room - my son who was with me complained the first few days of something in the bed biting him and i thought it was his imagination - towards the final day i was shocked to see cockroaches crawling on my bed and i had to kill one. 2. Rude Restaurant Manager - during buffet breakfast service on one occasion the Chinese manager kept talking so loudly for over 20 mins next to me to a couple from Singapore. - not bothering about my son and I at the close table to all 3 people. Even when I looked annoyed he did not care. Cindy, I have stayed in many 4& 5 Star hotels in the vicinity of Buikit Bintang including, Park Royal, Traders, Melia, Furama, Sheraton and ect in the last couple of years but have never encountered such a bad situation. I do think being part of the Accor group things should have been organized way better. Lastly, I am writing not to criticize but to give constructive views to improve things.

I recommend you to stay at Mercure KLSP, cuz its nearby Bukit Bintang, Alor Night Market, new shopping mall “Lalaport”, many local restaurant and likewise easy access to everywhere cuz nearby Imbi Monorail station.. . About the room, its perfect! With bathtub 🫶🏻 . Food is the best!!! 10/10 u can’t find better than this 🥰 Thank you so much Mercure KLSP and especially to Steffany Boak ✨🥰

Overall good experience, only that issued wrong key to other occupant that result them trying to get into my room. This makes us wonder how good is the security of the hotel.
