Excellent service.. We can find more food, because this place beside mall. Swimming pool and Gym place very comfortable. Very nice to stay here with fams. When we were breakfast, more choice to find anything food, and the taste very good. We are recomended to stay this hotel.

I had a complaint and called housekeeping and waited for 40 minutes and didn't come. then I called again and after 5 or 10 minutes later, finally the housekeeping came. I asked why it took so long to come. I had been waiting 40 minutes. he said there was no information to the housekeeping department. I think there are some miss communication in the internal staff there. Usually i enjoyed stay in Novotel but this time i feel disappointed.

Clean rooms, great shower. They forgot to add a few bags of instant coffee at the room. Only tea. Breakfast is amazing. Great coffee at breakfast and lots of choices.
