The recesionist lady Gun was very kind. İt was so good After our very long flight . She helped us with everything we needed . She explained us hotel facility very well. She also told us what to do in bangkok. İ have personally been before but didnt know this much.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the awesome service and kindness we experienced at So/Bangkok. Over the past six years, we've had the pleasure of visiting So/Bangkok eight times, and every time we're greeted with smiles and made to feel special by your amazing staff. They really make So/Bangkok stand out. I want to give a special shoutout to Noom and his team at the Club Signature Lounge, including Luktao, Namtip, JJ, Petch, Am, Tangmo, Gorgia, Queen, and Quirien. They work really hard to make sure everyone feels at home, no matter how busy they are. And thanks a lot for making my birthday so unforgettable. Please pass on our thanks to Noom, and the whole team. They've made each visit special, and we're excited to come back again soon. Thanks again for making So/Bangkok feel like our second home!

Awesome experience as always right when we stepped into the hotel. Staffs were very welcoming and smiling throughout our stay. Got a welcome note from the Nathapong as well. Much appreciated. We were here for a birthday celebration and Noom from club signature made a special arrangement for us even during his off days! We were so happy here that we decided to change our flight and extend our stay at SO/ for another 3 nights.

We had dinner in So/ rooftop and had the best time. Our server, Keng, is the best! He provide the best service to us and give the best services. We will be back to So/. The food is great, the view is stunning from Not too crowded. The weather is nice
