Old rooms with broken amenities and gold benefit was not recognized

The charging ports were broken and looks it was going to come out. The power plug was going to come out. Being good member I should receive a gift and that never eventuated.

Decor is extremely dated. Rooms need a new coat of paint and possibly new bathrooms. Not able to get a hot drink sent to the room before 11

Toiletries are complete and enough for the duration of my stay. Buffet for dinner is so amazing specially the menu. Staffs are really nice and polite to the guests.

Generally i would have given it a 9 or 10. though the service provided during check in/out was fantastic, i was a little shock to find that the two lamp shades next to the bedside table was so dusty (i placed the lamp on the floor and the table was so dusty and so was the top of the lampshade). as for the room temperature, i do not think it would be fair to ask as it may only be me that finds it not cold enough and that the bathroom feels coolest :) All your staff encountered during check in/out, concerige were all very Customer Oriented. Even your new (korean) staff Justin was so helpful (during my aunts check in on 10Apr).
