We had a wonderful stay in the Ibis Granville Port De Plaisance Hotel . We had stayed there two years ago, and were delighted to be able to return again this year. The staff were so friendly and very helpful , in fact they could not have done enough for us, particularly the lady in charge of the Breakfast room every morning, she was always smiling and in good humor. and the bar staff were also so friendly and kind. We had a lovely room overlooking the port, and enjoyed sitting out on our balcony and watching the world go by. reading our papers, and generally relaxing after a busy year.

Stayed for one night before taking the ferry from Cherbourg and would definitely return to this hotel in future. Granville is a really interesting town and the Ibis is in a perfect location in the port. Being able to check in at 12:00 was a real plus and all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the bar and at breakfast. We liked everything about this hotel, the room was bright, airy and comfortable, the shower was superb and the bar was a really welcoming and relaxing place to enjoy a drink overlooking the port. You have to pay to park but it is not expensive and worth it for the convenience of parking right outside.
