Location was great and staff were friendly. Room had a musty smell to it and bottom of each cupboard looked like it had water damage. Parking costs were an absolute joke. I would not stay here again nor recommend.

Location was great but rooms are very dated, waited 35 min to get a drink at the bar as it was understaffed. Dining area very uncomfortable and dated, staff in general were great.

Booked in due to full Novotel. So some in Novotel and us in Ibis. Two of us are Gold members but Inis less than desired. Room was small and extremely cold. Air con would not heat.
