Clean room, nice service and just right in the Terminal 3 so easy to catch your early flight. The room is very basic without a mini fridge, bottles of water and coffee machine. But there is a free filter water refill machine in the lobby for guests. You just have to bring a bottle or container to get drinking water. There are two ibis brand hotels in the Terminal 3 so just make sure the one which you are going to stay.

This is a budget hotel so don’t expect much. The restaurant was basic, no coffee or tea in rooms and a very average bed. Nothing to watch as no TV channels had English or subtitles. If you just need to sleep then this scrapes in. I wouldn’t book this again. Novotel is slightly better but even their rooms are old.

We found the accomodation suitable for our 1 night stay. Great location from Airport arrival late in the evening. As English speaking tourists we found the staff to be very polite and helpful. Food onsite was also extremely good so as to not have to leave the building.

The staff was not very friendly. The African woman on the front desk was not warm at all. Not expected from a person in customer service. There is a way of saying things especially if you are in customer facing roles. She had a very stern attitude.
