I've stayed at this property several times before, and it's always been a good option for that last night before an early morning flight. I have to say, though, that on this particular occasion, I was particularly impressed by the staff. Having stayed at the property before, I know what the rooms are like, I expect a certain level of cleanliness, I know the location, etc, and that all was up to the standard I've come to anticipate. From check in, through dinner at the restaurant, service at the bar later on and a small hiccup - our room only had decaf coffee and the property had not been restocked with more in-room coffee (decaf just doesn't cut it when you're waking up at 4 AM) - the staff were super responsive, friendly, and solution oriented. We left very happy (and caffeinated). Good staff can make or break a hotel. You've got a great team right now - we were impressed. Please let them know.

Little accommodation for individuals in wheelchairs

While the hotel has a lift, to get to our room we had to go down 5 stairs - my father is in a wheelchair. It was a huge challenge and completely unnecessary. On a "pettier" note, the check-in staff did not acknowledge my silver status and provide me with the free drink vouchers I am entitled to - customer service miss.
