The staff are super friendly, we had smiles from everyone. Rizwan from the pool was super helpful with finding sun beds for us, always smiling and chatting to us. Made us feel very welcome. He also was very nice to our teenage boys and assisted with providing equipment for games. The spa is amazing. I had a 100 minutes treatment including full body scrub and mini face facial and I felt absolutely amazing after.

Islam at The Retreat made us very welcome. He looked after us at the restaurant & made us laugh. He always made sure we had ice! We loved the hotel and its attention to wellness. The smoothies and juices kept us healthy all week. I would recommend to my friends & family and look forward to coming back!

Great stay staff amazing very attentive, Room was amazing I loved it the pool staff great Owen was great I can’t wait to go back . My faith has been restored after a stay at the doubletree tree Hilton marjan island which was awful So goodbye Hilton hello Sofitel.

The swimming pool is a big small, buffet food reasonably, staff extremely kind and helpful. It’s recommend this hotel for its All Inclusive package, hotel is clean, staff at all areas are very professional and keen to reach out to customers to meet their need. Overall we are very satisfied of our one-week stay at his hotel, would highly recommend it.
