Great hotel, attached to the airport. We flew in very late and were so glad we booked this hotel at the airport. Super easy to navigate getting there. Hotel was lovely, super comfortable stay. No issues at all. Would stay here again - easy to drive everywhere from as well!

The toilet wouldn't do a full flush (sorry housekeeping, I tried) Breakfast was pretty average, sausages were hard, mushrooms like rubber, omelette wet, toaster sent toast flying onto the floor. Shower wouldn't go hot in the morning. Shower had holes in the wall where a bench seat had been removed. Shower drain was pretty gross

I Stay with you a lot at Chch. The hotel is great, the staff fantastic, the food lovely. But for the third time I've stayed there, the water wasnt hot. I mentioned this the first night, but nothing changed and it was equally unpleasant the second night. There is obviously a policy of not heating the water sufficiently to provide a nice hot shower to guests. Most guests perhaps are not regular- so perhaps this doesnt matter? But regular colleagues have pointed this out now and I fear we may need to change our option. I have a few remaining stays booked so fingers xd.
