I visited on 27/04 with my partner and stayed in room 24:12 .Facilities at the hotel are great pool is very nice and clean. However the room lacked cleanliness, the shower wasn’t very powerful I believe this is partly due to the amount of limescale on the main shower head. The smaller one was fine. Also the tv had a faint line going through it which also was a tad of annoying. Other than this great place and would visit again. Views are amazing.

Very Disappointing Stay, Unclean Room, Stains on the Floor, In Need of Maintenance

Very disappointing stay at Novotel and will definitely not be going back. I’ve stayed at other Accor hotels and was expecting a level of quality, especially with the money paid and it was severely lacking. Check-in was ok but rushed. I realised later in the day, as I was working, but the bathroom was not clean, there was urine on the loo seat and another stain when you lifted the seat. Credit to housekeeping, when I called reception, they came very quickly and cleaned it. Later in the night, I pulled back the duvet and there was a large stain underneath the duvet so I slept on top of the bed for the first night. I got the impression, if staff know the rooms are free, they may use it to eat or relieve themselves during day. The next day I was working and on calls so couldn’t call for housekeeping to change the bed. There’s a coffee area on the first 2 levels however it’s usually rented out for businesses so there’s not many places to go to work whilst housekeeping clean. Again I slept on the bed instead of in it. The third day, I asked reception if housekeeping could change the bed but it seems that was not communicated, so in the 4 or 5 nights I stayed, I didn’t sleep in the bed at all. There were stains on the floor and a large black structure in the room, which I think was a fan and I don’t believe this was in all rooms, again I get the impression, staff may use the room if empty. It is a waste of money to spend and count down the days until you leave. I wish I’d read other reviews before booking.

Antonella is a super warm attendant. She was helpful from when I got to the restaurant, making sure I felt comfortable at every step of the way. Definitely helped my experience at Novotel exponentially better. I recommend everyone go up to the restaurant and give a chat if you can. Gorgeous lady with a beautiful smile -Timi
