We stayed at the NOVOTEL Abu Dhabi Gate Hotel for two days. The hotel is new and modern. The room is clean, bright, not very big. Spacious gym and pleasant outdoor pool. But what struck us the most was the staff at this hotel. Lest we ask to do, bring or remove - their reaction was instant. We traveled in Abu Dhabi a lot, but we have never met such high level of the service! BRAVO! I would like to highlight and thank housekeeper Marlar Win for her accuracy, hard work, responsiveness and politeness, as well as concierges Islam and Nithin Meethal for their attentiveness and diligence. Also, I am grateful to manager Mahendra and receptionist Ahmed, who showed attention and responsiveness due to my request to organize on-line conference. Keep coming to this place for last few years. Nice and spacious gym, few bars and restaurants. I like the swimming pool, where you can always find a bit of shadow, especially during hot season. What I don't like is completely deteriorated saunas, which should be renewed long time ago.

My stay was very wonderful thanks to all the staff at the reception and the housekeeping also the Recreation reception was wonderful. Will soon be back agine. The restaurants is also very family friendly and the Belgium Cafe just to have a drink was super.

The stay was amazing the receptionists Ambika and Joviale Werę very friendly and the bell man nakach the pool is hery big the location convenient everything went well we will come back NEXT year again The food was excellent especually the iftar and breakfasyt
