Untrained receptionist and unorganized communication

I stayed in room 1908 from 01… to 05…. I had subscribed to the laundry package 600 exclude taxes, with form filled up and passed the laundry to the bell boy. At finalizing the bill, I was billed in full and not the package. The reason I asked the bellboy to confirmed with me again after he took the laundry and form. This was told to the receptionist by the bellboy. Common sense, when a guest filled up the form, signed up for the package and give the laundry and form for washing, please do not challenge back the guest that a confirmation is still needed. It is a verbal word from the bellboy against my word. I am not sure if this is how guest is treated at Novotel. Secondly, I do not know why the manager on that day would assured me that the hotel will honour the package price. It is like I am making unreasonable demand when a miscommunication at your end is the problem and how an issue is being handled at your end that escalated this. I do not like to return to this hotel again because I used to stay at Marriott at outer ring. Please think what you need to improve.

Currently staying in Novotel Out ring road Bengaluru. We checked on 12th April and scheduled check out is 17th April. During our stay- the hotel staff behavior is completely unprofessional and rough with me and my family. Multiple times, confusing argument on room rate and inclusion e.g., breakfast, lounge, laundry etc. and we had nightmare digesting that, and rate keep changing for them every time we connect. I would certainly not recommend JPMC colleagues to stay in this hotel based on my experience but also avoid Novotel in future journey in my personal capacity.

The Check-in and Check-out process was brilliant with out any delay. The ambience was superb. very happy with the facilities team. The food was very tasty. The theme like Ugadhi and Bengali food festival was awesome. Enjoyed IPL matches all over. Relaxed well in the chairs provided near reception. The Wifi is very fast. Had nice time in Gym and Swimming pool. The staff Rumpa, Anaina was extremely Supportive. Mr Prabuddha had patiently answered all my queries and very friendly. Mrs Deepika did a great job in receiving the guests. Over all a wonderful experience during 2 weeks stay. Will definitely come back again and also recommend friends and relatives.
