I stay often at the sofitel grand ducal Luxembourg, but this time my stay had some downsides : Hairdryer : lower brand (babyliss) that doesn’t have enough power to dry the hair quick and straight Breakfast in the room: I had some red fruits and half of the raspberries were with mold

Nice hotel for two nights

We had a nice two night stay here. The bathroom set up is fine for a couple but the shower situation wouldn't be good for two friends or two people who are not a couple. There isn't much privacy in that part of the bathroom. The shower itself was fantastic with great water pressure and a rainfall shower head. The bathroom sink/vanity was nice and spacious. The only thing that was a bit strange is that we came back to the room around 5 pm and housekeeping never came. Apparently you have to put a sign out if you want them to clean your room, or at least clean it "early." I had also called reception to ask if they had a more firm pillow and they never called me back.

This was a great place to stay with an excellent location and well-appointed. The only issue was the warmth of the room and despite turning the a/c to 15 nothing happened to cool it- so it was stuffy. Not rare in Europe unfortunately.
